Meet the Innovation Team

Marc has worked in the digital and innovation space for the last 20 years, and has been involved in everything from creating giant sand sculptures for Lynx to robot piñatas to promote a video game launch.

When not eulogising about innovation at Lyreco, and dreaming about how the workplace will change over the next 10 years, he runs ultramarathons and bakes bread.

Stella is part of the Finnish team, where she is involved in innovation and digital marketing. She believes in 'human first' approach and is interested in futurism and anything creative. She loves cats and has two persians who are her trusty assistants working from home.

Stanislava has been working for Lyreco since 2018 for CASH subsidiary (Czechia, Austria, Slovakia & Hungary).
She started her career in Digital advertising and after a few years thanks to Candidate attraction campaigns slowly moved to HR, but the passion for innovations and digital stayed with her.
In People & Culture team she is responsible for Employee Engagement, Communication & HR Projects and Workday improvements locally.
From group projects she managed for example launching of our first GPS on a global scale.
Stanislava has a passion for new trends and always tries to find a digital solution to every challenge.
In her free time she loves snowboarding, travelling and spending time with her family.

For over 18 years, Kathrin’s professional journey has taken her through various consulting-, marketing- and project management roles.

Always curious, with acumen for market analyses and conscientiousness in the conception of business models, she enjoys the human element in all she does. Within Lyreco she brings her broad experience and passion into innovative projects, such as the revitalization of the business line MYWORKSPACE, in Germany.

Kathrin loves to explore the new, be it food recipes or hiking routes through the alps – preferably with family and friends.

Elinor is part of the Lyreco's innovation team, thriving in coaching intrapreneurs and creating a comprehensive dashboard for tracking initiatives.

Her passion for entrepreneurship extends beyond her work, as she excels in practicing yoga, carpentry, and ceramic art during her free time.

José has been working for more than 12 years in different sales management roles. Currently he’s responsible for the project management office in the Benelux.

Jose is very interested in business models, strategy and execution with a strong believe that corporate companies can learn and benefit from start-up & scale-up mentality for change.

Enjoying burgundy life with his family is what he loves most. He can therefore be found regularly behind the gas stove and the barbecue.

Yang has been working in digital marketing for 13 years and joined Lyreco in 2020. He's not a developer, but loves coding, Recently, he led the lounge platform project and built the Eco-point website. Whenever he has the time, he studies the latest web/app technologies and thinks about how he can apply them in his work.

After work, Yang ends the day at home playing with his two kids.

Christophe is a pure product of Lyreco since his graduation starting out in our French subsidiary and then Lyreco Management before moving to Asia continent. His journey in Asia began with Lyreco Thailand and has since covered the whole region.

He is known for his optimistic outlook and financial expertise to help driving forward existing and new business solutions. He is a key supporter of the new innovative "Wellness and Welfare" services range in Asia and hopes to see these solutions expand to Europe in the future.

Outside of work, Chris spends most of his free time practicing different sports and has recently taken up freediving as a new passion.

Marie has been with Lyreco Denmark since 2020 and is working as the Head of Project Management, directly managing big strategic projects as well as managing the national project portfolio.

Project Management is in Marie´s DNA, so much so that when potential problems or ideas are being presented she sees A-B-C boxes and flowcharts!

Besides work, she enjoys life with her family, is a supporting “dance-mum” and loves house renovation and home-decor.

Janneke has been working with project management for over 10 years and joined Lyreco Norway in 2023. Her focus is taking the customer centric view and working on how to create a seamless and unified customer journey initiating a stronger relationship with the customers.

Her passion is working with cross functional teams to deliver growth, continuous improvement, and change. She appreciates working with the different departments in Lyreco, building her competencies to better contributing to realizing the strategy.

Together with her small team she works on project management, innovation, and business development.

Malin is part of the Swedish SMT, working as IT and eCommerce Director. She has been with the company for 8 years (joined Lyreco via the purchase of Staples) and has a passion for project management, business development, continuous improvement and change management. Malin believes in cross functional team work and people being the companies greatest assets.

As CRM Campaign Manager at Lyreco France, my role is to improve our customers' experience and journey through the lifecycle.

With a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Project Management, I had the opportunity to work in a team during my university studies on various innovative projects and enjoyed the experience, which I repeated when I joined Lyreco as part of the Pioneers season 1 program.
