MEET THE INNOVATION TEAM

Marc has worked in the digital and innovation space for the last 20 years, and has been involved in everything from creating giant sand sculptures for Lynx to robot piñatas to promote a video game launch.

When not eulogising about innovation at Lyreco, and dreaming about how the workplace will change over the next 10 years, he runs ultramarathons and bakes bread.

As both a creative and curious National Account Manager, I'm passionate about collaborating in true partnerships with our customers, driving ethical efficiencies that support their people and their sustainable journey. As innovation ambassador, I'm excited to support our customers, suppliers and people to achieve their full potential and ask- why not?

Falko has been working for more than 4 years in the environment of Data and Digital Transformation.

After finishing his career in professional cycling he decided to bring some good old German engineering skills to the jungle of transformation.

He is an optimist by nature with a strong belief in adaptability, progress and collaboration as a mindset. Falko is on a mission to build bridges between people and technology across generations (when not sitting on his bike of course)!

Trude has been working for Lyreco Norway since 2022, as responsible for strategy, innovation and change. She has been working with strategy and business development for the past 20 years, most recently for the second largest Norwegian grocery chain.
Trude believes that people is the organisation most important asset, and engaging our people is the link to realising our strategy and hence our success. As innovation ambassador, she believes in engaging our colleagues and always remember the customer perspective.
Outside of work Trude enjoys hiking (in the Norwegian mountains) and being with her family and friends.

Elinor is part of the Lyreco's innovation team, thriving in coaching intrapreneurs and creating a comprehensive dashboard for tracking initiatives.

Her passion for entrepreneurship extends beyond her work, as she excels in practicing yoga, carpentry, and ceramic art during her free time.

Mickaël has more than 20 years of IT experience. He has successively been a developer, IT PM, manager and even RSI in SMEs.

Mickaël has a passion for both home automation and animals, living as he does, in a farm with 3 horses, 4 ponies, and many smart speakers, he considers himself to be a "Geek Farmer".

His current objective: To make IT simpler.

Marie has been with Lyreco Denmark since 2020 and is working as the Head of Project Management, directly managing big strategic projects as well as managing the national project portfolio.

Project Management is in Marie´s DNA, so much so that when potential problems or ideas are being presented she sees A-B-C boxes and flowcharts!

Besides work, she enjoys life with her family, is a supporting “dance-mum” and loves house renovation and home-decor.

Vasilios is a member of the Swedish PMO team, where he together with his colleague oversees and project manages the strategic initiatives for Sweden, as well as various local projects. He also holds responsibility for the continuous Improvement forum, S&OP Quality, and the establishment of effective working processes. S&OP Quality is a platform to bring together the Swedish business to collectively address issues that have an impact on our customers.

With a background in customer service and Lean Six Sigma, Vasilios possesses a dedicated commitment to always start from a customer-centric perspective in everything he does. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, (he really does not like to be alone 😊)

Stella is part of the Finnish team, where she is involved in innovation and digital marketing. She believes in 'human first' approach and is interested in futurism and anything creative. She loves cats and has two persians who are her trusty assistants working from home.

Laurent is working in IT for more than 22 years, starting as a developer and becoming IT Project Manager since then.

He's convinced that from a human perspective, people can bring a real added-value when working on Core activities, instead of spending time doing recurrent tasks that could be handled by automates.

In his daily life, Laurent finds peace of mind by playing music (keyboards, guitar), reading and drawing (landscapes, comics characters, cars...).

José has been working for more than 12 years in different sales management roles. Currently he’s responsible for the project management office in the Benelux.

Jose is very interested in business models, strategy and execution with a strong believe that corporate companies can learn and benefit from start-up & scale-up mentality for change.

Enjoying burgundy life with his family is what he loves most. He can therefore be found regularly behind the gas stove and the barbecue.

Yang has been working in digital marketing for 13 years and joined Lyreco in 2020. He's not a developer, but loves coding, Recently, he led the lounge platform project and built the Eco-point website. Whenever he has the time, he studies the latest web/app technologies and thinks about how he can apply them in his work.
After work, Yang ends the day at home playing with his two kids.
